Most people can forgive and move on. Apparently a lot can not move on and continue to disturb the peace of many.
Ex's for example. Should they be required to enter a mental institution for help?
They do if they carry a gun. They do if they have access to "finding" where you are.
They should if they work in the Police Departments or Sheriff's Departments.
Should the Sheriff hiring these people, with whom they know personally, be required to talk to the other "side of the coin"? YES.
They are EX'S for a reason. Enough said. Stalking on the net? Slander/libel are not equalizers.
It will be the downfall and final curtain for the bad guys carrying a gun, stalking or just being alive.
When is enough -just enough? When you have a group of cheerleaders posting for and or with the bad guy. Can they be held responsible as well? We will see.
After checking with the Attorney Generals Office many months back, it can be done-but it is a new area of expertise.
Call your local Sheriff Department
Obtain a warrant for that web site
Obtain a lawyer for practical purposes
Then the balls get rolling.
Hiding behind a computer threatening or slandering or anything otherwise is malicious and
is in the last days of being "free".
I have no problem doing the above, for safety sake. Discernment and good judgment are not used my many posters. Those of US who HAVE better sense, know nothing is FREE.
